We run a typical Silicon Valley interview process with a coding challenge and screening by senior engineers. We are experienced in selecting candidates who are resourceful, worldly, and responsive to new challenges.
We learn your needs, match them with respective candidates, and send their profiles for screening.
In case of US placements, we process and pay for J1 visas. You pay as low as 60k USD per year to the candidate and an 8k USD referral fee to StarLift. In the EU, the required salary and referral fee are subject to specifics of each country. We are a nonprofit foundation, all proceeds go towards our operations and furthering our cause.
